Editorial enquiries
Contact the Tangguh Pria Editorial Team
Use this page to reach the editorial team with questions about our ingredient guides and formula comparisons, corrections to anything we've published, or partnership enquiries. One address handles all of it, and it's read by the people who write the pages rather than a separate desk. We reply to most messages within a few working days. Corrections come first in the queue.
Where to write
- Office and post
- Jl. Gajah Mada No. 25, Petojo Utara, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, 10130
- Post and deliveries can go there. Editorial decisions are made over email.
- Office hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Jakarta time. Messages that land outside these hours are read the next working day.
Send a note to the desk
Tell us which page you're writing about and what you found. Product name, page name, and the detail in question is usually enough for us to check it against the current packaging or the current formula. If you have a photograph of the label, mention it in your message and we'll ask for it.
Keep personal health details out of the form. We're an editorial team, not a clinical service, and we can't advise on individual situations. Ingredient explanations, label wording, and anything we've published are fair game.
-
Corrections to ingredient entries, panel amounts, or descriptions we've published.
-
Notice that a listing is outdated, discontinued, or reformulated since we wrote it.
-
Questions our pages didn't answer, or products worth adding to the coverage.
-
Partnership and retailer enquiries from brands working in men's health support.
Corrections: what to include
Give us the product name, the page you're writing about, and what you found. A photograph of the current label or a link to the current packaging helps more than anything else, because we check against what's printed now rather than what was printed before. If you're reporting a discontinued item, just say so and we'll verify. The more specific the note, the faster the page gets fixed.
Four things that get a page fixed fastest
-
The product name
As it appears on the current packaging, including the format and size if the entry lists one.
-
The page it sits on
A formula comparison row, an ingredient entry, or a routine page — the page name is enough.
-
What changed
An amount that no longer matches, a renamed ingredient, or a description that overstates what the label says.
-
A photo or a current link
We compare against what's on the shelf today, so a recent image or product page settles it quickly.
Partnership and advertising enquiries
We're open to talking with brands and retailers, with one clear boundary: no payment buys coverage, placement in a comparison, or a favourable description. If that constraint works for you, send a short note describing what you have in mind and we'll respond. If it doesn't, we're not the right partner, and it's better to learn that from a first email than a third one.
Retailers stocking healthy lifestyle products often write in about whether an item can appear in a comparison at all. It can, if it meets the same criteria we apply to everything else — and the criteria page explains exactly what those are, so you can check before you write.
Where we are
Our office address is Jl. Gajah Mada No. 25, Petojo Utara, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, 10130. Post and deliveries can go there. Email is the fastest channel by a wide margin, and it's where editorial decisions actually get made. If you're writing about a specific page, mentioning the page name in the subject line saves a step.
Jakarta readers sometimes ask whether they can drop material off in person. Post is the reliable route for anything physical, and email gets a reply sooner.

What we can't help with
We can't tell you which product to take, advise on interactions with anything else you use, or interpret a health situation. Those questions belong with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. What we can do is explain an ingredient, clarify what a label means, or check a description we've published. If your message is in that second group, it'll get a thorough answer.
The same line applies to the ingredient guides themselves. They explain what vitamins and minerals for men are usually used for and how formats differ; they don't tell you what suits your body. That call belongs to someone who can look at your full picture.
Choosing a natural supplement for men
Beyond the site. Ask a qualified professional who knows your history, or a pharmacist who can read the label with you.
What to do about a symptom
Beyond the site. The editorial desk covers ingredients and formulas, not your situation.
Explaining what an ingredient is
On topic. We'll walk through what it is, its common format, and how it usually appears on a label.
Checking a description we published
On topic. Send the page and the wording; we compare it against the current label and correct it.
Energy and endurance formulas in our lists
On topic. Ask about a formula's ingredient panel and we'll explain what the listing shows.
Suggesting a popular product for men
On topic. If a product keeps coming up in reader questions, tell us and we'll look at covering it.
Questions that come up most
The short answers below cover the two things readers ask before they write in. If your question isn't here, send it through the form above and we'll answer it directly.
How quickly do you reply?
Most messages get a response within a few working days. Correction requests are handled first.
Do you accept paid coverage?
No. We don't accept payment for placement or favourable descriptions in our comparisons.
Can I send a photo of a label?
Yes, and it's the fastest way to get a correction confirmed. Tell us in the message that you have one and we'll reply with where to send it. We check against the packaging that's current, so a recent photo matters more than an old one.
Do you answer questions about a specific product I should take?
No. We cover ingredients, formats, and what labels mean; we don't advise on individual situations. A qualified professional who knows your circumstances is the right place for that. If your question is about how we described something, we'll answer thoroughly.
Can a brand ask to be added to a comparison?
A brand or retailer can write in and suggest a product for review. Whether it appears depends on the same criteria every other listing meets, and the evaluation method page spells those out. Payment isn't part of that decision.
Still not sure where your question fits?
Send it anyway and describe what you were reading when it came up. A page name and one sentence is enough for us to route it, and corrections to anything we've published take priority over everything else in the queue.
